Hotel restrictions and qualification:

• A $700 USD deposit is required. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid within 7 days of booking in order to confirm the wedding date and time. If payment is not received within 7 days, the booking will automatically cancel without notice.
• Cancellation should be made outside of 45 days to arrival in order to receive a full refund. All wedding charges are non-refundable within 45 days of arrival.
• All documentation must be provided to the hotels Wedding Coordinator no later than 30 days before arrival
• Services are valid per room, per stay unless otherwise noted
• Services are subject to change or substitution based on availability at the discretion of the hotel
• No cash value for unused services

• A wedding in Jamaica requires the couple to be on the island for at least 48 hours prior to submitting an application for license. Couple must have proof of status, which is single, divorced, or widowed. In addition, they will need to have a certified copy of a state-issued birth certificate, proof of citizenship such as passport, and written consent of parent if under 21 years of age. If divorced, proof of divorce original certificate of divorce, or if widowed, certified copy of death certificate.
• Couples need to send notarized photocopies of the documentation listed below to Unique Vacations at 4950 SW 72nd Avenue, Miami, FL 33155, no later than 30 days prior to the wedding. Do not send original documents since they cannot be returned.
• Bride and groom must bring birth certificates, completed wedding information form from Sandals and Beaches, and additional information needed if divorced or widowed.
• Couple must be staying at the resort where they are getting married.
