Tour - The Dublin Bay and Castle Tour

Your visit to Malahide Castle includes a guided tour with time to wander around the craft shops and castle grounds, which span some 250 acres. Malahide, which means "On the brow of the sea," is a village 9 miles north of Dublin. The castle, set on 250 acres of parkland, is close to the village. It was both a fortress and a private home for nearly 800 years, and is surrounded by many magnificent oaks, chestnuts, and sycamores dating back to the days of the Tudors. The house is furnished with beautiful period furniture together with an extensive collection of Irish portrait paintings. From Malahide Castle, you will take a coastal drive to Howth Village and Howth summit for breathtaking views of the Bay.
