Price Match Information

In the unlikely event that you find a lower price on your vacation through one of our competitors, your Continental Airlines Vacations booking may be eligible for a price match up to 24 hours after your booking was made. Competitor's package must be for the same travel dates to be considered.

Bookings must meet the following criteria to qualify for the price match policy:

  • Price must come from a competitor.
  • Previously purchased Continental Airlines Vacations packages are not eligible for a price match.
  • Same day of travel, length of stay, hotel property, room category, car company, and car type must match Continental Airlines Vacations booking.
  • Competitor must have space available at time of price match request. Proof of competitive price is subject to verification.
  • Price match requests must match the competitor’s total package price, including all taxes and fees.
  • The vacation package must be from a single competitor and not separate room/car and airfare purchases that have been bundled together.
  • Only package (air/hotel, air/car, or air/hotel/car) bookings will be considered for price match.
  • Land-only bookings or land-only portions of a booking are not eligible for a price match.
  • The lowest airfare available must be booked in order to qualify for a price match with Continental Airlines Vacations.
  • In addition to the above criteria, if this is a coupon match or promotional code match, the following must be submitted with the price match form:
    • For coupons: a fax of the coupon must be sent along with the price match form. If approved, the original coupon must accompany final payment to Continental Airlines Vacations.
    • For promotional codes: enter the promotional code and details of the promotion in the additional information box provided.

How to Request a Price Match:

  • Once you've made a Continental Airlines Vacations booking, fill out the Price Match Request Form. The form should be completed with competitor's information and submitted to Continental Airlines Vacations for review.
  • You will be notified via e-mail once your request has been reviewed.
  • Business hours for price matches are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (CST) Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Price match requests will be reviewed within 48 hours of receipt.
  • If your booking is on a courtesy hold, every effort will be made to complete the price match in a timely manner.
  • Coupons should be faxed to 1-888-848-4819.

Terms and Conditions:

  • If a price match is submitted after payment has been applied, normal cancellation penalties will apply.
  • Free tickets, award travel, or travel distributed by competitors are not eligible for price matching.
  • Continental Airlines Vacations reserves the right to alter or cancel this program at any time.
  • The Continental Airlines Vacations Price Match Policy and all Price Match Request Forms are subject to review and approval by Continental Airlines Vacations.
  • Continental Airlines Vacations reserves the right to decline a price match request.
  • Price match may not be combined with any other discount. If a Promo Code/MLT E-Certificate has already been applied to the booking it may be reviewed for a price match; however, the Promo Code/MLT E-Certificate discount will be removed and may not be applied after a price match has been confirmed.
  • Any changes to a matched booking will nullify the initial matched price.
  • If you have booked your reservation through a travel agent, you are not eligible; however your travel agent can submit a price match request for you.
  • Price match must be submitted within 24 hours of original booking date to be considered for a price match.
